Mindfulness Meditation Offering

For over 2500 years, beings of all types and dispositions have turned to the technology of sitting meditation as a medicine for our active minds and habitual patterns. Mindfulness based meditation is an invitation to come home to the present moment, the only home we will ever truly have.

 

Two Classes Offered

I currently offer an ongoing meditation class/group that meets via Zoom every Wednesday night at

And a five week introductory mediation class, after which everyone is invited to join our ongoing Wednesday night class.
